Privacy Policy – AdEasy AI

AdEasy AI ("the App") is operated by M/S Creative Nexus (Proprietor: Gaurav Gupta), House No-7, D-4, Shiv Mandir Gali, Khasra No-314, Balbir Road, Babarpur, Shahdara, New Delhi – 110032. The App helps businesses create and run Facebook and Instagram advertisements.

1. What information we collect

• Account details: your name, email, mobile number and a securely hashed password.
• Business details you enter: business name, category, products, prices, audience preferences, ad text and images or videos you upload.
• Facebook information, when you choose Continue with Facebook: your Facebook name and user ID, and the Pages, Instagram business accounts, businesses and ad accounts you allow, plus the campaigns, ads and results in the ad accounts you select. We never see or store your Facebook password.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID and status, not your card or bank details.

2. How we use it

Only to provide the App: show your Pages and ad accounts, create, update, pause and resume the ads you ask us to create, show their results, provide AI help, manage your subscription, and contact you about your account. We do not sell or rent your information and do not use it for any other advertising.

3. Service providers

• Meta Platforms – to create and manage your ads (governed by Meta's terms).
• Anthropic – AI answers and AI-written ad text on paid plans; your question and business details are sent to generate the reply.
• Razorpay – payment processing.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on our server. Facebook access tokens and passwords are never sent to your browser. Access is limited to running the service.

5. How long we keep it

Until you delete your account or ask us to. Facebook access ends when you click Disconnect or remove the App in Facebook settings.

6. How to delete your data

• In the App, open Account Connections → Disconnect to remove Facebook access and the saved token.
• In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select AdEasy AI and click Remove.
• Email gauravtrading2021@gmail.com from your registered email and ask us to delete your account and data. We complete deletion within 30 days.

Ads already published stay in your Meta ad account and can be deleted by you in Meta Ads Manager.
