Terms of Service – AdEasy AI

These terms apply to AdEasy AI ("the Service"), operated by M/S Creative Nexus (Proprietor: Gaurav Gupta), House No-7, D-4, Shiv Mandir Gali, Khasra No-314, Balbir Road, Babarpur, Shahdara, New Delhi – 110032 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

AdEasy AI helps businesses plan, create and publish advertisements on Facebook and Instagram through Meta's official tools, and shows the results. Ads are created in your own Meta ad account and run only after you switch them on.

2. Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• You connect your Facebook account through Meta's own login. We never ask for or store your Facebook password.
• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the business you add.

3. Plans and payments

• Paid plans are prepaid for 30 days at the price shown on the Plans & Billing page. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose whether to buy another 30 days.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Advertising spend is separate. Meta charges your own ad account directly for ads you run. We do not receive or control your ad budget.

4. Your ads and content

• You are responsible for the content of your ads and for following Meta's Advertising Standards and all applicable laws, including consumer-protection and advertising rules in India.
• Do not use the Service for illegal, misleading or harmful products, or for ads that discriminate.
• Meta may review, reject or limit your ads. We cannot override Meta's decisions.

5. No guaranteed results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, messages, leads or sales. Suggestions, templates and AI-written text are guidance only; please review them before publishing.

6. AI features

AI answers and AI-written ad text can contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on them or publish them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for ad spend charged by Meta, lost profits or indirect losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We will show the new version on this page; paid periods already purchased keep their price.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
