Refund & Cancellation Policy – AdEasy AI

Subscription plans

• Paid plans are prepaid for 30 days and do not renew automatically. There is nothing to cancel: if you do not buy another period, your account moves to the Free plan when the period ends.
• You can stop using a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the 30 days you paid for.

Refunds

We give a full refund of the subscription fee when:

• you were charged twice for the same plan, or
• the payment succeeded but your plan was not activated and we could not fix it within 48 hours, or
• you ask for a refund within 3 days of paying and have not created or published any campaign during that time.

Other subscription payments are not refundable once the plan is active.

How to ask: email gauravtrading2021@gmail.com with your registered email and the payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Advertising spend

Money spent on ads is charged by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) directly to your own ad account. We do not receive it and cannot refund it. For ad billing questions use Meta's Billing & Payments help in Ads Manager.
